Competition Prep Coaching
If your goal is to get onto stage either in the long or short term this is the plan for you.
Starting with off season plans, reverse diets and then pre competition plans.
Suitable for anyone looking to compete in a physique, bodybuilding, bikini or a fitness model type competition. The plan is different but the process is very similar for each.
You can also select this plan if you would like coaching for a photoshoot, film role or similar.
You will get a completely bespoke training plan with a corresponding nutrition plan based on your food preferences, lifestyle, level of experience and facilities available to you. I go through a vigorous fact finding process on start up to ensure that we get this perfect just for you.
We will monitor progress very closely, beginning with full check ins every Monday & building up to more frequent check ins as we approach the comp.
I work as a coach full time so high quality support is available daily and I work on plans Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
There is no contract length. So you can cancel at any time if you have an issue but there is a minimum timeframe of 3 months between starting working together and stepping on stage. For some it may take longer than this & the longer we work together in the period before the comp the more likely you are to have success. I will be the guide on timescales for when you will be ready.
You can go ahead and choose this package with a specific comp in mind or we can start the process and I will tell you when you will be ready for a comp. We can discuss the most suitable comp for you. I have relationships with most of the federations and know which will be most suitable for you depending on a whole range of factors which will not be immediately obvious for most people :)
