If your goal is to get onto stage this is the plan for you.
This package is discounted as it is a longer commitment than the monthly package. However if the timescales involved in getting on stage are longer than 12 weeks (and they probably are for best results) then you can select it, then when it comes to the end you can choose either monthly or another 12 week package.
Suitable for anyone looking to compete in a physique, bodybuilding, bikini or a fitness model type competition. The plan is different but the process is very similar for each.
You can also select this plan if you would like coaching for a photoshoot, film role or similar.
You will get a completely bespoke training plan with a corresponding nutrition plan based on your food preferences, lifestyle, level of experience and facilities available to you. I go through a vigorous fact finding process on start up to ensure that we get this perfect just for you.
We will monitor progress very closely, beginning with full check ins every Monday & building up to more frequent check ins as we approach the comp.
I work as a coach full time so high quality support is available daily and I work on plans Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

You can go ahead and choose this package with a specific comp in mind but ideally we start the process and I will tell you when you will be ready for a comp. First I build your metabolism, make sure we get you to a fairly lean state, using hard training and good diet without too much cardio and without taking your calories too low. Which means I can then taper you into the competition without stressing your body too much and getting leaner and retaining more muscle.
I then discuss the most suitable comp for you. I have relationships with most of the federations and know which will be most suitable for you depending on a whole range of factors which will not be immediately obvious for most people :)
